While Rene is happiest in the shop, surrounded by the scent of sawdust and the hum of the machinery, I handle the "computer side" of RnG Custom Crafts. This is where the magic of modern technology transforms a simple idea into a precise digital blueprint.

Using advanced software, I design the intricate carvings for our custom signs, prepare the toolpaths for our CNC machine, and manage the laser engraving process. This digital precision ensures that whether you’re ordering a custom house sign or a complex river table, the final product is executed with impeccable accuracy. It’s a crucial step that bridges the gap between your vision and Rene’s hands-on craftsmanship.

Rene's World: Speaker Boxes and Hands-On Craftsmanship

Rene’s passion truly shines in his specialty: custom speaker boxes and home theatre subwoofers. These projects require a deep understanding of acoustics and precision engineering, which he tackles with enthusiasm. When he’s not fine-tuning a speaker enclosure, he’s managing the day-to-day orders, ensuring every piece—from a giant wooden spoon award to a custom trail marker—is finished to perfection before it leaves our shop.
